July 20, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #14 Item Title C-14 2006-2007 Interagency Service Contract between the School District of Clay County and First Coast Family Center for designated School-Linked Services Schools (Revised) Issue/Rationale Continue working agreement and contract for services with First Coast Family Center and WJH, WES, CHE, and GPE.  Additional Full Service Schools targeted for school linked services may be included as funds and/or time are available.  2006-2007 Full Service Schools' funding is to be utilized for partial support to this project for this year only.  First Coast Family Center has provided a school-based program since 1995 with Full Service Schools' funding. Recommended Action Approve the 2006-2007 Interagency Service Contract between the School District of Clay County and First Coast Family Center for designated School-Linked Services Schools as submitted.
